Class Descriptions
- Ballet helps students gain
poise and grace, while improving their posture, balance, and self confidence.
- Body Movement is a fun class that includes skipping, personality singing, basic dance moves,
circle activities, and marching. Attire: Play clothes and bare feet.
- Tap is one of the best ways to build coordination, rhythm, and self-esteem.
- Tumbling is on a mat,
learning basic skills such as forward rolls, straddle rolls, crab walks,
and more. It is great for coordination.
